Project Description: Cedarwood was contracted to complete design of a new septic system for the Elk Lake Lodge located in North Hudson, New York.  Design staff completed test pit evaluations and percolation tests to design a new septic system to replace the existing antiquated system for the lodge with close coordination with the Owner and Owner's representative.  Final design was approved by the Department of Health in October of 2019.  The project was bid following approval, and construction commenced in late October with final restoration completed in the spring of 2020.
