Cedarwood was contracted by Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. to provide engineering and permitting services for a wetland remediation and shoreline protection plan for the Lake George Escape Camping Resort. The project was designed in accordance with the Adirondack Park Agency, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and United States Army Corps of Engineers regulations. Various wetland areas around the park were restored along with incorporating elements from the wetland remediation plan, shoreline protection plan, viewshed protection plan along with construction of bottomless arch culverts. A stormwater pollution prevention plan for erosion and sediment controls was also completed in accordance with NYS DEC regulations and inspections completed by Cedarwood throughout the duration of construction.
