Project Description:

The Silver Bay YMCA Conference & Family Retreat Center is located in the town of Silver Bay, Warren County in the state of New York. Cedarwood Engineering Services, PPLC was retained to design a new waste water treatment facility. The new process building is one story at 1,080 square feet with adjoining exterior concrete process tanks. The building construction consist of wood framed walls with wood roof trusses, cast in place concrete floor, energy efficient windows/doors, architectural shingles and fiber cement siding. This building meets all applicable building/energy/electrical/mechanical codes.
