Project Description:  The Town of Essex is located in Essex County in the State of New York.  Cedarwood Engineering Services, PLLC prepared the design for the additions and renovations to the Essex Water Pumping Station.  The 445 square ft. addition includes a chemical storage room, public restroom and additional space for new equipment in the water pump room.  Renovations include a more appealing stone and wood exterior façade to blend with the natural Adirondack style.  In addition, a roof-top observation deck was created for the public to view Lake Champlain.
